The system is designed to align round logos to the correct position and automatically inserts them in a car radio remote key.

The logos are delivered as bulk material and must be turned in the correct position.
Also the quality of the logo is checked on the basis of the symmetry of the aluminum plate.
The logo-symmetry is measured with test windows.

 

The vision system communicates with the robot via a Bit-IO (24V DC) interface.
The robot selects the test programm (= type of logo) with three bits and receives via the interface, the information for removing the turned-out to 0 degrees logos from the centering.
Two different logo sizes are conveyed in the same pot. The linear conveyor belt at the outlet of the pot is replaced by an operator when changing products.
