The endurance tester checks the life endurance of speed controllers of accumulator equipped power tools like electric drilling machines.
Each module is designed as a double tester with the
ability to test two speed-controllers simultaneously
during continuous operation.
The speed-controllers are manipulated by two stepper motors, with the tool motors
simulated by artifical loads (ohmic inductive up to 30V
/100A).
Pneumatic cylinders perform the switching from
right-turn to left-turn operation and vice versa.
A
separate test computer is integrated for each speed- con-troller, in order to supervise the process and to
record the measuring results.
The test sequences can be programmed freely with a soft-PLC on the integrated control computers.
All relevant test data is stored on local data storage devices.
Depending on the requirements, several modules are put together to form a test line.
The control computers are linked to the host computer via network.
The host computer evaluates the measuring results and monitors the single modules.
With the host computer it is also possible to reprogram the modules offline and to manage the test programs.
