This Windows XP based system inspects the correct type and the correct position of in-mold labels in plastic covers on two conveyor belts with two parallel working Cameras.
The components including the image processing system with 17 "TFT screen and CD burner for backups are integrated in an IP54 housing.
Via LAN or modem remote maintenance of the system can be perfomed using VNC or TeamViewer software where necessary.
The brightness-adjustable lighting consists of two white LED and two halogen lamps.


The system is capable to process a large variety of products in less than 250ms per two test parts.
During the whole inspection the user is allowed to do programming and adjusting without interrupting the production.
