Integration capacity

The absolute premise of our corporate philosophy: Every Ziemann & Urban system can be integrated into the running process without much effort - without having to take any further measures.

Alternatives:

• Either purely passive, i.e. only cameras inline,
• or with connection to the existing automation/interlinking,
• or with handling of the part to be inspected (possibly with IO/ NIO sorting),
• or parallel to the process as an autonomous system.

Even if complex interrelationships require provoking a short shutdown of the plant, hardware and software ensure system openness with interfaces that enable commissioning without much effort. Ziemann & Urban understands how to insert machine vision systems with image capture as well as image evaluation into the running process, to create new sequences in existing structures and also to initiate new processes that then become an integral part of the production plant.
