IT Administration & Product Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Support and administration of the existing IT infrastructure in-house and at the customer's premises
  • Setup and maintenance of (Windows) servers (from 2016) , firewalls, client systems (Windows XP, 7, 10, 11, LTSB, LTSC) and mobile end devices (mobile devices, tablets (IOS, Android))
  • Administration and support of central applications, virtualisation and cloud environments (Microsoft Active Directory, antivirus (Sophos EPP), Hyper-V, Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, OneDrive etc.), Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), firewall, VPN, ERP system, software PBX (SwyxTK))
  • Administration and control of backup and recovery systems
  • Administration and setup of remote maintenance and remote systems (TeamViewer, TV VPN, RDP, Unifi VPN)
  • Setup and maintenance of NAS systems (Synlogy, QNAP) in-house and also at the customer's site
  • Set-up and maintenance of databases (SQL, MySql) in-house and also at the customer's premises
  • Procurement and advice on the required hardware and software in-house and at the customer's premises

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector (IT specialist, IT systems clerk or comparable).
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of networks, routing, firewall as well as client and server administration, VPN, Hyper-V, MS licence models, SQL server, Exchange server, Active Directory, cloud solutions and Microsoft 365 etc.
  • Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory
  • Experience in configuration and operation of network components of the manufacturer UniFi, Netgear, Lancom
  • Good hardware and software knowledge
  • Knowledge of programming (batch, PowerShell, Linux scripts)
  • Open-minded towards new technologies and willingness for further development
  • High degree of reliability and distinct ability to work in a team
